One of the biggest characteristics that I see in the employees around me has to be patience. Teaching how to code to 6th graders can be tough, so the teachers here are really patient and really understanding towards the struggle that some kids have. For example, today, a kid with severe autism came with the class and instead of giving up on him and just teaching the rest of the class, Vanessa slowed down and helped him get through all the steps. Being patient is seriously something I have to work on to improve my work ethic, and I'm hoping to work on it for the last week. Like I have I said before, taking this internship is really clearing my view of the future and what I want to pursue. I'm really glad I'm here and now I'm confident in telling people what major I want to pursue in college.
