ME In we project
Essential Question: "How does your culture contribute to who you are as an individual and how does each individual shape the High Tech High International Community."
Requirements:
We started by reading two shorts novels that talk about how communities affect who you are. We then wrote poems, journal entries, and created collages that responded to prompts that asked us to explore who we are as individuals. We then got separated into groups of four and were assigned one community in San Diego to research. With our groups, we worked to discover the essence our community and gathered pictures to represent that. We used these pictures to create a collage the shape of a building. We organized our team's final twelve community buildings to depict like the San Diego Skyline and how San Diego's unique culture is supported by a variety of interesting and important people and communities!
Requirements:
- 3 finished collages
- 3 finished poems
- 1 finished building of your area in San Diego
