Communication among employees is very important in Qualcomm. As an intern, I have two jobs, being the data analyst and helping Jennifer during her lesson. Both jobs require a lot of communication between the employees and I. For example, we have to keep Gloria (the manager of government affairs at the thinkabit lab) updated with all of the data we collect. When Nathan and I are helping Jennifer, we follow her instructions and communicate each morning, since her lesson plan might change from the day to day. Another example is our month long project. It will be passed down to the upcoming interns on a daily basis, so it is good for them to know that we are on track so that when their meetings do come up, they can count on the information we have been collecting and analyzing.
